The local population and tourists love traditional national dishes: khachapuri, khinkali, mtsvadi (shashlik), phali, lobio, chakapuli, chashushuli, eggplant with nuts, national sweet “Churchkhela” made from a mixture of grape juice and flour “Pelamushi”.
